ok breakfast i had um grits and cheerios with milk. at 11 i had an orange at 1 lunch i had a cc wafer, pinapples and a banana, at 3 i had some more cc wafers at 5 i had tea and shrimp chicken mashed potatoes broccoli ruby tuesday so i didn't attempt to eat a snack at 7 too full lol and everyday i found out how fake ppl at morris get just a little bit more everyday. surprising kinda wish i could do study abroad and get away from the states for awhile. just a little while. that its for today im doing good with my diet journal so yay me lol. so far so good.
