I try to keep my blogs in order and up to date lol so i went and measure myself today and guess what i lost 3 pounds so iwent from 193 to 190 in a week. good news i lost more than 2 pounds!!!! Anywayz I had 3 pancakes just morning and eggs. Yes I know a whopping three and eggs I was a fat kid just morning lol. Anywayz I had water then I got the itis pretty bad because I fell asleep and didn't get up until 12ish. So I got up and washed ever since I started this diet I have had low energy so I went to the nurse and asked about that. Ok so I washed got dressed went to get my permit then I went to the nurse and got weight then I ask the nurse about what I have been eating. And she suggested that I get a multivitamin which I did even though I'm not pregnant the pharmacist suggested I get a prenatal multivitamin because its high in folic acid. The nurst suggested that I stop eating the pancakes but if I do I should limit it to one pancake ahaahah since I'm eating more frequently and smaller meals. She said the eggs is the proteins in the morning. That my portions should get smaller since I am eating more frequently that means no starving myself. So first week was a success. Then I went to the counseling center to speak. I went to wbsb spoke to johnson got on the computer got bored then I left went and got something to eat around 2. I had steak philly cheese however you say it I really wanted chicken philly but they didn't have any chicken and fries I ate half that and a sprite. Then I went to class got out early got on the bus and went to the mall, city trend, and walmart. I was so full I didn't even want to look at food anymore i hate being that full. Thats the type of full that makes you wish you could just take your stomach out and throw it away. LOL but I went and got some fruits from walmart and I ate that at 8 for my last meal. So today my portions were larger therefore I ate less frequently. But when my portions are smaller then I eat more frequently makes sense. Not to mention my body shape is a spoon body frame is medium and I found out that the best exercise for me is walking or cycling. Cool so do-able lol. I got my bp measured and my legs hurt like crazy I did too much walking and I'm not finish because I still have to wash clothes and possibly my hair. I don't know how things will fair out but man I am so like taking control of my life and just standing on my own two feet. So independent!! Still don't know what to do with my hair. but hey we will see what will happen.
