Aug 21 diet journal

Went to breakfast at 7am and that dang boy bother me again. He gets on my nerves dang man I said no leave me alone now. Anyways I ate 3 french toast sticks anda bowl of cheerios and some water. I got a banana for later not to mention the orange in my room now. I have to find some other way of excercising since my roommate has finally decided to move back in the room now. I might walk downtown but how far am I going to walk? First I need to shower hell I need to run lol. So at between 9 and 10 Im going to eat that orange and then try and eat something for lunch at 12. Then 2,4,6-8ish lol. Okay so I ate an orange at 10 then I fell asleep and didn't get up until 4 so I miss lunch but I did get up and ate a krispie treat at 2. Then at 4 I got a turkey breast sub from subway loaded with veggies. I went shopping and got a bunch of fruits and fit active snacks. So I didn't get to eat until 530-6ish I ate one half of the sandwich and a banana. So at 8 I ate the other half of the sandwich and a chocolate chip wafer cookie. I use to think I don't want to eat like this I mean no one else eats like this but after doing my research I realize I should be eating like this. Our food in American is made to kill us. Thats how I feel it so heavily portioned and overloaded with unhealthy stuff. So hopefully I keep this up because so far so good.
