august 24

So today for breakfast I had grits and french toast sticks. Then I had an snack at 11 I had an orange. At lunch about 1 I had rice collard greens fish and a salad with honey mustard dressing. At 2:30 I had a banana. At 5 I ate rice tomatoes and macaroni and cheese. And then at 7:30 I ate a banana and the 3 little debbies. So I have manage to maintain eating meat one a day and I think about progressing to eat meat every 3 days like I do with eggs. Tomorrow morning I get to eat eggs but I hope my vitamin c doesn't go lacking because I have cut down on my dairy. I haven't measure my weight but I guess I will go and do it at the end of this week. Maybe. I think I am being impatient because I started this whole thing in the 18 of April which was a sunday so I'm coming up on a week. Haven't notice any changes except my skin looks better then great its so bronze and glowing and my nails are strong and healthy. But I have been sticking with it and trying my best to look forward to the next couple of months. I still considering vegetarianism it is something I have always wanted to try but I don't know because doctors worry alot about people who don't eat meat like they have deficiencies. But we will see lets try the meat every three days. Watching the covenant tonight but I really want to watch La Mission with Benjamin Bratt. He is too fine. lol oh and Mother with won bin he played a good role. Not warlords even though takeshi kaneshiro is in it with his sexy self lawd. lol
