ok so just morning u had a hash brown which is just potatoes chicken sandwich and oj from mcdonalds. I did better today then i did yesterday. Somehow i manage to put back on 2 lbs of the 3 i lost but im still trying. Just small life changes until i get to my goal.ok for lunch around one i had a turkey breast sub fruit punch and some cake. I probably wont eat again until 5 or 6. I ate again at 8 I ate the rest of my sub and some more cake. I know I can't resist. But I'm doing better trying to stay on track. Jusqu'a la fois suivante
