May 12

For breakfast just morning I ate two bowls of cereal. not to mention i had a bowl of honey and oats cereal late last night but whatever. I'm doing better. So for lunch I ate tilapia with rice garden vegetables and cole slaw with a bread stick. But I didn't eat the cole slaw I don't really careful for it. I drink tea now if I can just get in the gym and work on my strength training and more cardio I should be fine. Ok so i got hungry again went to mcdonalds got a mcchicken with fries and tea around 4 then around 8 i ate some cake and two bowls of cereal. As you can see my diets all over the place. But i workout on the elliptical bike and lift weights while doing so for 30 min im try and do it in the morning and work on the abs tomorrow. Im going back on drinking water and eatin more fruits as well. My goal weight is 162 my hs weight then my ultimate goal is 145 im going to get there. Jusqu'a la fois suivante
