August 18 first day of diet journal
first post of my diet journal the night before i had dinner at a little after 5pm and i fell asleep after. Woke up at 11pm got up and made a pk of noodles and ate 2 cans of peaches and water. Got on the internet then around 5am got hungry again so i made 3pks of cinnamon and spice oatmeal and water. About 7am cant wait until 8am im going to breakfast. I tried dancing again got out of breathe and heart felt like it wanted to burst out my chest. So idk if this time would be different. Last time i diet i lost ten pounds but that was because i was eating dried crackers and fruits and thats it. Also protein doesnt just come from meat but also beans or and legumes etc. I want to lose weight but be human at the same time i dont want to have to eat grass for the rest of my life. I will agree with the rest of the world when they say americans are fat and lazy if you saw what we ate you would be fat too. I think we pride ourselves on being lazy. Lol i kinda wish i had some support but everyone is okay with my weight so I don't know what will happen. Okay I went to breakfast at 8:30 am I ate two waffles with syrup grits and eggs with ketchup and a.j. Went back to my room went to sleep until 4:30 p.m. Got up made 3 pks of apple cinnamon oatmeal and water. Went and start watching movies online for free. Did keesh hair and went back and started watch movies again. Around 11 p.m fixed two pks of ramen noodles and a cherry jello cup and water. And now 1:12 am about to eat an orange. That the end of Aug 18, 2010 now its Aug 19, 2010
